OUR LOVE Story
It was divine fate, and perhaps some Irish luck, when Brooke and Ciarán matched on a dating app shortly after Ciarán moved up to San Francisco. After weeks of texting, their first date was at the aptly named Over the Moon ice cream shop on a foggy June day and from there began their romance filled with dates all over San Francisco. From seeing "Hamilton" to mini golf, hikes, lots of nights out dancing and trying as many of San Francisco's great restaurants as possible - time together was always filled with new experiences and laughter. They shared their passion for travel with trips all over California and the U.S. and finally on a magical trip to Ciarán's home in Ireland in August 2022. It was on this trip they both knew this was a forever love.
A few months later, after much scheming and getting her parents' blessing, Ciarán whisked Brooke out to the coastal setting of the Ritz Carlton at Half Moon Bay for a stunning sunset proposal - it was a million times YES for Brooke!
Pebble Beach has always been a "slice of heaven" for Brooke and her family, who have lived or spent time there over three generations. Ciarán and Brooke have since shared many holidays and weekends with her family there, falling in love against the backdrop of the idyllic, peaceful scenery (and plenty of golf for Ciarán).
With all of that, clearly it's the PERFECT place to celebrate our wedding and step into our new life together. We can't wait to share it with ALL OF YOU!
