Things to Do

Golfer's Paradise

Fore! Pebble Beach is famous for its many world-class golf courses. If you want to hit the greens we recommend booking a tee time ASAP - it'll be worth it!

Favorite public courses include The Links at Spanish Bay and Poppy Hills (the famous Links at Pebble Beach are available only to those staying at The Lodge).

Another new addition is The Hay, recently reimagined by Tiger Woods into a nine hole Par-3 course including an exact replica of the famed No. 7 at Pebble Beach Golf Links yet fun for golfers of any age or skill to play (and under two hours!).

Carmel-by-the-Sea

  • Take a walk on Carmel Beach with powder sand and stunning views
  • Rent bikes to explore the charming streets and beach
  • Stroll along Ocean Ave to explore its many art galleries and boutiques
  • Hike and take in the tide pools and sea lions at Point Lobos State Park (this is an easy to moderate hike)
  • Take either a guided and self guided walking tour to take in the town's history, celebrity homes, art galleries or tasting rooms

Monterey

  • Visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium for incredible local wildlife - great for the whole family and one of Brooke's favorites growing up!
  • For the adventurous, bike around Old Monterey or kayak in Monterey Bay
  • Check out more wildlife with Monterey Bay Eco Tours departing from Moss Landing
